- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 apples, cored and chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 50g sliced almonds (about 4 tablespoons)
- olive oil spray

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 Combine the blueberries and apples together in a shallow baking dish. Combine the other ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Step 3 Sprinkle the topping over the fruit. Give the top a spray of olive oil, and bake in the oven until the fruit is soft and the topping is crunchy and browned.
