120g low-fat frozen yoghurt (we used Tip Top)
8 oat biscuits, mixed berry flavour (we used Nairn’s)

Instructions and steps:
Step 1Soften yoghurt in a bowl then divide into 4 even amounts.
Step 2Place yoghurt portions on 4 of the oat biscuits. Top each with another oat biscuit and serve immediately.
