Full ingredients list:
- 200ml trim milk
- 3 tablespoons low-fat plain yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon liquid honey

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve in a glass.
Replace plain yoghurt with vanilla-flavoured yoghurt and/or add 1 teaspoon LSA (linseed, sunflower seed and almond mix) for a nutty addition.
