1/4 cup cranberry juice

Instructions and steps:
Step 1 Place raspberries and cranberry juice in a bowl.
Step 2 Use a food processor or a stick blender to blend until smooth.
Step 3 Serve immediately or pour mixture into an ice-block mould and store in the freezer.

Have 4 mini waffle cones at hand. Double the quantity of Frozen raspberry sorbet and add 1/2 teaspoon rosewater and 1 sprig mint to the mix. Scoop into cones to serve.
