100g reduced-fat spread
4 tablespoons cold water

Step 1In a large bowl, combine flour and spread until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 2Add cold water to combine into a smooth dough.
Step 3Cover in plastic wrap and place in fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4Roll out and use as required.
